We are thrilled you chose us for all your hair needs. Building comfortable and trusting relationships, and providing exceptional service to our clients is what we strive for. We have set the following salon policies and recommendations in place to make your salon experience a great one.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our schedule is dedicated to our clients and their needs. When we have a no-show or last-minute cancellation, we cannot fill that appointment with another client. As a result, Clementé Porras A Creative Parlor LLC requires at least 48 hours notification prior to appointment time (via email or phone) to cancel an appointment. Any cancellation or no-show under 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled service price. Payment info is required when booking. Your card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation under 48 hours or no-show.

DEPOSIT POLICY: Any service requiring a longer booking time, will be required to pay a deposit when scheduling. The deposit amount will be pre-determined by your stylist during initial consultation. This deposit is nonrefundable unless: the appointment is cancelled prior to 48 hours before appointment time (deposit will transfer to the rescheduled appointment) or 14-days’ notice is given to permanently cancel appointment (a 6% processing fee will be charged.)

PRE-PAYMENT FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS: If appointment requires hair extensions to be ordered, the hair extensions must be purchased prior to appointment being scheduled.

HAIR PREP: Please arrive with clean and dry hair to your appointment. No buns, pony’s, braids or unruly curls. Your stylist needs to be able to assess the natural movement of your hair for your service. Sweat, excessive natural oils or excessive hair product create a buffer and do not allow hair color to process properly. If a wash and/or blow dry is needed prior to your service, it may result in an added charge. If you have any questions or concerns at any time, please feel free to speak to your hair stylist and/or salon manager.

CHILD POLICY: ​At Clementé Porras A Creative Parlor we feel that children who attend their parents’ appointments at the salon pose a safety issue. In the salon we work with sharp scissors, razors, hot tools, chemicals and other equipment that can be dangerous for an unsupervised child. We do not have a designated area for children, nor do we have the staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service. Due to this we ask that children (18 years and younger) visit the salon by appointment only.

Please note when bringing in a child for an appointment, the child must be able to be unsupervised during their appointment, as there is no waiting area. Children must be able to sit still while we perform our services. We ask that parents wait in their car or at the coffee shop next door.  

We understand that this can be an inconvenience, but know our main concern is for the safety of your child, other guests and our staff. Thank you for your understanding.

PARKING: Please note on street parking is available with a 3-hour limit. Chemeketa Parkade (entrance is on Commerical between Chemeketa & Court) is available for longer appointment times, please park accordingly.

WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE SILENCE YOUR DEVICES & REFRAIN FROM MAKING CALLS WHILE VISITING SALON.  ​For a more enjoyable experience for you and other clients in the salon, we ask that you silence your devices and refrain from making calls while in the salon. We understand that emergencies may arise, and a call may need to be taken. In these instances, please speak to your stylist about stepping outside to take the call. We also understand that you may want to play with or watch videos on your device while you are processing. We ask that you do so on silent or wear headphones (making sure they don’t interfere with your hair service.)

WAITING AREA: ​Clementé Porras A Creative Parlor does not have a waiting area. We ask that you remain in your car until your appointment time and do not bring guests to your appointment.

WHAT TO WEAR: We will have the air continuously circulating which may cause it to be chilly in the salon, please dress accordingly. Please do not wear turtlenecks or hoods as they will interfere with your services. We would love to share your hair on our social media! To help us achieve the best photos, we recommend wearing a neutral color that contrasts your hair (for example: if you are blonde wear black.)

If any aspect of your visit did not meet your satisfaction. We will happily adjust your services within 1 week of the original services purchased. Clementé Porras A Creative Parlor does not offer Refunds or Exchanges on services, products or tools.
